TAX INVOICE: Where can I get a tax invoice?

Once your order has been shipped, a link will be displayed on the order information page for your order. You can access the order information page by logging in, going to "Order History" and viewing the order.

MINIMUM ORDER: What is the minimum order?

You may place any size order, but please note a Low Order Fee of $10 applies to all orders below $200 in total.

GST: What about GST?

All prices are displayed excluding GST. At the checkout, the total included GST amount for your order is displayed. Additionally, the total GST amount is displayed on your invoice.

ACCOUNT: Can I buy on credit?

CREDIT BALANCE: What's my credit balance?

If you have an approved credit account, you may view your account status by logging in and clicking on Summary under My Account. If you have not got a credit account but wish to apply for one, please contact us.

ACCOUNT PAYMENT: How long do I have to pay my account?

Accounts must be paid within 30 days of shipment of your order.

ACCOUNT APPROVAL: I have submitted my account application, when can I start buying online?

All applications are subject to our approval. It may take us up to 1 week to process applications.

CONTACT DETAILS: Can I change my contact details?

You cannot change your primary contact details, you must phone us to do this. However, you may add additional postal addresses if you have more than one store location.

PASSWORD: What's my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to have a new password sent to your email address. If you want to change your password, login and go to My Account > Summary and change your password.

Payments

RECEIPT OF PAYMENT: Have you received my payment?

When we receive payment, we update your order status from Pending to Processing. Please login to your account to see your current order status. If you use internet banking, payment may take up to 2 business days to clear. We check for new payments every morning.

CREDIT CARDS: Can I pay with my credit card?

We accept payment with all major credit cards. You may either request that we call you for your details, or you may use our secure checkout and select the PayPal payment option.

Orders

DELIVERY: I placed my order recently, why have I not received it?

Your order dispatches within 3 days of receiving your payment. To determine when your order is estimated to arrive, login to your account to see the day your order was dispatched and add the shipping time (found here) to your location in Australia.

ORDERING: Do I have to order over the Internet, can I phone or fax through an order?

Yes, you have to order over the Internet, and no you may not phone, mail or fax through an order. This is necessary for us to keep an inventory of stock.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: I have a special requirement for my next order, will you follow my instructions?
